The NAACP is inviting country singer Morgan Wallen to educate him about the n-word. Morgan Wallen has been denounced for using the n-word despite apologizing.Morgan Wallen was exposed and rebuked by the country music industry by and large for using a racial slur. However, one group is not turning its back on him, the NAACP.The president of NAACP, Sheryl Guinn, tells TMZ that it seems that Wallen is oblivious to the white supremacy that exists in this country; even though recent examples, including the Capitol riots, have made it apparent. Additionally, Guinn shares that she’d like the opportunity to educate the country singer.
Guinn says Wallen apologizing is a good start. Nonetheless, saying sorry doesn’t mean a thing. The president explains that the country singer has to work to fix the issue that led to him dropping the n-word oh-so-casually. Also, the NAACP leader says some people are under the impression they can use the n-word. That is if they think it’s not being used in an offensive manner. However, that is obviously not the case.

Or, in Wallen’s case, shooting the breeze with friends.Therefore, NAACP Nashville’s invitation for Wallen is to have an open discussion about what went down. The NAACP plans on teaching him why his actions are hurtful. Guinn says the meeting would not be about objection … but about love. She goes on to add that she’s willing to meet with the country star privately or in a group setting.
