Megan Thee Stallion remains on her hot girl streak as she links up with Maroon 5!
Just last month, the Stallion remixed Ariana Grande‘s 34+35 with Doja Cat.
“I know it’s hard to let go / I’m the best / Best you ever had and best you gonna get / If we break up I don’t wanna be friends / You’re toxic,” she sings.
Adam Levine recalls meeting up with the stallion for the first time on the set of the video.
“She’s so talented. She is a superstar, but really in the truest sense, she’s all class, and just we had the best time shooting the video, and it was just a lot of fun,” he told Apple Music’s Zane Lowe. “I was cracking jokes the whole time, making her laugh.”

Additionally, Levine praises the Houston hottie for bringing the song to a “whole new level.”
“It’s one of those great songs that I think kind of continues to build. And the way she built her part was just, it couldn’t have been a more epic kind of climax for the song. I mean, it really is absolutely perfect. So, I mean, what she did was just miraculous, and it brought the song to a whole new level.”
Prior to featuring Megan, Maroon 5 has also collabed with; Kendrick Lamar, SZA, Wiz Khalifa, and Cardi B. The single is set to appear on Maroon 5’s upcoming album, the follow-up to 2017’s Red Pill Blues; which is finished and mastered.
