Kris Jenner is being sued by her ex-bodyguard, Marc Williams. The Ex-bodyguard says he was sexually harassed by Kris Jenner and is now adding new allegations of sexual misconduct and “racist” behavior.

Kris Jenner Getting Sued Bt Ex-Bodyguard
As of last year, Jenner faced lawsuits after the former-bodyguard accused her of “grabbing his butt, touching his privates and exposing herself to him.”
Even though the momager is strongly denying the allegations, the former bodyguard is issuing two new ones. This time the allegations feature sexual misconduct and “racist” behavior towards McWilliams. Describing them as “wrong and scandalous”, the Kardashian momager’s reps suggest the claims are “designed to coerce Ms. Jenner into silence via a settlement.”
The two new filings happened in a Los Angeles court on Wednesday (Jan 27). It’s reported that neither the two Kardashians or Marc were present on Wednesday’s hearing. However, Marc’s lawyer Elisheva Rafael reportedly attended via phone call. The lawyer told Judge Bryant-Deason that she’s currently in the process of filing a revised charge. This revision will contain the two new claims. The judge has ordered for the amended complaint to be filed “within a week”.
Kris Jenner and Her Plans For the Lawsuit
In a report, Kris Jenner lawyer told Daily Mail on Wednesday: “This lawsuit, filed back in September, has yet to be served on Ms. Jenner and involves events alleged to have occurred more than two years ago.”
Continuing, Kris’ lawyer states,
“The allegations are not only wrong and scandalous but seem designed to coerce Ms. Jenner into silence via a settlement. This will not happen. Rather, Ms. Jenner fully intends to seek vindication at trial, armed with evidence that will show the falsity of the claims being made.”
The layer shares that Kris will pursue “all of her available legal remedies to protect her good name and reputation.” She is also working to “hold those who brought this suit accountable.”
Furthermore, McWilliams after working for the family from 2017 to 2018, filed his first lawsuit last year. In this lawsuit, he claims that he experienced sexual harassment, racial discrimination, as well as other “outrageous” acts on the job. In addition to the lawsuit, the former bodyguard is also seeking a jury trial.
McWilliams is also naming Kourtney Kardashian in his lawsuit.
Though there isn’t a claim against Kourtney, McWilliamson is naming her because he was her bodyguard as well. However, the mother, Kris Jenner, is the one who allegedly subjected him to a “pattern of unwanted” sexual moves.
