DaBaby Invited JoJo Siwa To Preform At The GRAMMYs With Him

After name dropping JoJo Siwa in his lyrics, DaBaby apparently invited Siwa to perform with him at the GRAMMYs. 

Apparently, DaBaby could’ve featured JoJo Siwa in his Grammy performance.

The rapper reveals that he invited the YouTube star to perform with him at Sunday’s show. During a red carpet interview with ET, DaBaby explains that he actually reached out to Siwa! However, she was unavailable at the time. He shares that instead of performing, she’s working on a project of her own.

“I actually reached out to see if she wanted to perform with me at the Grammys, but I heard she’s somewhere working on a project of her own,” DaBaby says.  “I won’t say too much. I don’t want to put her business out there. She’s somewhere filming something, but I definitely reached out.”

While JoJo Siwa didn’t join him, DaBaby was accompanied by Roddy Ricch for his performance of his song Rockstar. Additionally, DaBaby was nominated for four awards, however, he did not win any.

Last month, DaBaby sparked controversy after seemingly dissing the 17-year-old star on his BeatBox Freestyle. The lyric that had everyone wondering what she did to make him so made was; “Turn me up, ni**as gon’ see why / Ni**a, you a bitch, JoJo Siwa.”

DaBaby, later clarified that it was not a diss. Instead, he explains that his 3-year-old daughter is a big fan.

“That’s how I know who JoJo Siwa is, from buying all the stuff for my baby. We 1000 percent JoJo Siwa fans. We love her,” he said.
